I went to my obgyn app. and also treated myself to 2 wonderful books. One that is called "when I use to be Puerto Rican". It has been recommended on materpiece theatre on PBS. I also bought "War and Peace", Lmao. I kid you not! What other book to help you not think of cigarettes, right? AND.... I bought myself a calender with stickies to mark my progress!!

Way to go Hope! I can't believe how much you've grown in 2 days! War and Peace ....kinda sounds like what I've put my hubby through during the last 7 days...well..maybe more war..but he's looking forward to the peace!
