You don't forget the bad habit (smoking) overnight. But I would think that the sooner you break the hand to mouth habit ... the sooner you can weaken that trigger/memory of a bad habit (smoking). [size=4] Hi ex slave, the one i used actually had a jolt of nicotine in it, like the patch it helped me through my worst cravings, i never felt i could do the cold turkey, so the inhaler was good for me. I dont remember there being one at the time i quit that dident have nicotine , i probley would have tried it, i hope you are doing well with your quit Take care Tresa[/size]
