Oh boy, what can I say. The nicodemon got me...or rather...I got me! Thanksgiving was excuse #1(busy, busy, busy and lots of stress!), PMS was excuse #2. Pretty lame, eh? What I can tell you is this. Staying smoke free definitely has its ups and downs, and the moods are up and down as well. This doesn't compare to the horrible feeling of having let yourself down for smoking again. I have learned this well. I would much rather face all the challenges of being smoke free than to go through this again. Lesson learned the hard way. So glad to be back. Cheers Jan
Jan,
Glad you're back to do it again! You learned a valuable lesson! Now let's do whatever we can to learn from that mistake so as to not make it again. Welcome back! :)
Crave the Quit!

Thanks for sharing that, Jan. If anyone is giving smoking consideration, I think it always helps to be reminded of how it would really feel. You said it well.
It's great to have you back! You'll do it this time. :)
