Maria.. Keep taking one step at a time. It doesn't matter how long it took you to get to this point in your life where you are ready to face the challenge. The only thing that matters is that you are here now and you are not smoking. For me, quitting has been one of the hardest things I have ever done but it has also been the most rewarding by far. Hang on to each day. They are precious. Keep building on them and you will be amazed at how wonderful life is without being enslaved to the cigarette. Always remember NOPE (not one puff ever). As long as you do that, you have got it made! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 7/1/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 434 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 8,687 Amount Saved: $1519 Life Gained: Days: 38 Hrs: 6 Mins: 42 Seconds: 14
