Hate to admit this, Jan, but I quit in June and I never accepted the fact I had gotten into a depression until last Thursday when I finally saw my doctor. I was surprised my husband didn't divorce me and my kids didn't leave. It does take time and yes, I was mourning a loss (of smoking) of the nicodemon and it does get better. There are some here that have had to take wellbutrin etc to get through it. Everyone's quit is different. You are in hell week and you WILL pull thru. WE are all here to help you.
Hugs to get you through
Kim
