When we quit smoking, it frees up A LOT of time in our days. Of course we feel like we are missing something, look at all the time we wasted smoking. We probably wasted 1 1/2 to 3 hours a day getting our fixes. The trick is to find a healthy habit to replace our old nasty habit of smoking.
Fondly,

Gonnadoit,
Blah week is a time to be kind to yourself and do things that make you happy.
Hang in there, you're doing well. Don't forget to keep up with rewards.
