I really think that we could get this down to a science...we have hell week followed by heck week which at some point will be followed by cranky week and blah week....I'm kinda looking forward to "I'm a princess" week..when does that one start?? I know exactly how you feel gonnadoit!! you are so right! Yes,these boring days i had them too. These were the moments i REALLY wanted one. This is when my "friend" wanted to keep me company! Try to do something when these boring moments come. Get up and arrange your wardrobe..clean the kitchens closets.. arrange your medicine closet... choose what clothes you don't like and give them to the poor. Call a friend for a chat... and then take a warm bath... believe as soon as your hands are busy..the "friend" will disappear! don't give up! it's better without it! xxx kate My Milage: My Quit Date: 8/23/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 37 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 371 Amount Saved: 111 Life Gained: Days: 2 Hrs: 15 Mins: 21 Seconds: 12

Now I know why they call it that....'BLAH'; 'YUCK'; 'HO-HUM'! I feel rather bored with everything. Tired all the time. A couple of times a day I am filled with a 'I need a cigarette' panic (short-lived, but always just around the corner). A feeling like something is missing and that life is not complete(?) :(
