Hey Augustines - I'm still around. Been off board as started a new job last Monday. Amazed that I rarely thought of smoking while in training all week too. Figured it would be my first major stress test in my quit but I feel great! I occassionally thought of smoking but no obsessing at all. Deli I so relate to what you posted regarding feeling, looking & sounding better. It does feel good to FEEL GOOD!
