Phil I hope you are doing well thanks for dropping in. Deli it is wonderful to here you are doing so well. We have similar sitution right now. I too feel pretty good. Although sometimes I look at my hubby's cigs and think.....Nah He stinks.Yeah so do cigs. LOL. Besides my kids prefere me now to him. This has never happen before. 2 reasons. 1 he stinks,2 I am spending mor time with them. I am waiting for my skin to look better. I have had adult acne since I was 20. I had it cleared before I quit. Now it has gond burzurk, but I am starting to get a handle on it. Although I found something worth telling all of you about. A neutrogena hydrating facial cloth mask. Little pricy but so worth it. It is a fabulous reward for yourself. ttfn See you all real soon. Have a great smoke free week. Ok it is now Sept. If you have quit at the end of July or August. Even if you are quiting this week. Please post here,and tell us how things are going. I have a little over 3 weeks. I feel good about what I am doing, although I have some not so good moments. Looking forward to my 1 mont celabration. I know ther is a lot of people quiting at this time. Please stop and post. I am glad for those of you who responded. but there should be quite a few more. Yes i like Augustines as well, although that 8th degree of quit is clever. I will tell you all this. My Goal was to quit by the end of summer. That is why that is on the post....Although I guess it is not summer everywhere mmmm.. Hope to see more of you on here.
