End of Summer Quitters!!! Hi! Just checking in - see how you are all doing. I wanted to leave a positive message - for a change(!!) I'm usually in here having a moan, so I thought it would be good to tell you all how fabulous I'm feeling! I think I'm on week 6 - have got on so well with my quit that I'm starting to lose count! My temper has calmed down, my skin is lovely, my singing voice has come back, my willpower has had a boost. I'm not suffering any more!!!! I still can have a day or an hour here and there where I'm feeling a little fragile, without any reason - which could end up in my feeling a bit moody, aggressive. But, what I do realise now is that it passes - I see the light at the end of the tunnel, good and proper now! Are you all feeling similarly? Hope to goodness that you are - if not, sit tight, I'm sure it's going to come to you too, soon!!! Big smiles and loads of love to you all Deli xxxx
