Ex vs Non

I kinda like this discussion, though to be honest it doesn't really matter to me what I'm called as long as it's NOT a smoker. As I see it, being an ex smoker is better for me. I'm sure if we could go back and never begin smoking most everyone here would. But since we can't we gotta admit we were smokers. The term Ex-smoker to me means a journey. Quitting smoking is one of the hardest things we will ever do and I'd like to mark the occasion, and give myself credit for quitting by calling myself an ex instead of a non. It means I learn from my mistakes and are willing to put up with a lot to make it right. Great insight crush! I agree, as long as you are not smoking anymore, this will get you through :) Keep up those stats and reward yourself for 2 weeks! Keep Strong, Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
