wizzard, you are so brave and awesome for tackling a car trip so soon. I remember early in my quit I had a 9-hour drive I had to do by myself. People on here gave me a long list of ideas, including...REWARD YOURSELF EVERY 100 MILES!!! I loved that! So I did...stopped for Chai Latte at a Starbucks, stopped and walked for 10 or 15 minutes at a rest area, stopped at a bookstore and bought a book on CD, stopped at a Dairy King. It was great ... gave me stuff to look forward to and occupied my mind thinking of my next reward. Good job!
