Wizzard32, Taking coping mechanisms with you is a great idea! Remember to take deep breaths and make a pit stop if you have to. We look forward to hearing about your trip when you get back. Have fun! Danielle _________________________ The SSC Support Team

Bring a big water jug along for the trip and some other goodies, maybe some licorice or hard candies. Driving can be tough. Be prepared to sing along to the radio A LOT! Be strong, just think about how much you want to stay quit and you will find distractions. Way to Go on 3 days, this week is a tough one! Congratulations. Keep on Going..... Congratulations from a fellow North Carolinian on your 3 days! Driving was always a problem for me, too. Take along something to suck on - straws, hard candy - and it'll help calm the craves. Not cravin', never cavin'.
