Whilst cleaning out my car I found a CIG hiding under the seat. I am sure that it was just waiting for a week moment. Now how shall we punish this foul thing? I currently have it in jail awaiting trail Please help me with the sentence of this beast, I am not opposed to torture in fact I believe we should torture it as it has tortured me for 25 years. I did that once too. I found one and thought "how can I destroy this fittingly?" I merely imagined that it was the nicodemon and tore him apart limb by limb and disemboweled that b@stard! Have fun destroying it. Whatever you do, don't keep it for another time! Destroy it while your will is strong. Have fun! :) Crave the Quit! Do something ceremonial! So you'll remember it and then maybe make it a routine- an automatic reaction when you find any other cigs. I really like to the break it at the filter approach! Done right. It gives much satisfation.;p The first time I spent a good minute twisting it slowly until it broke. Then watched the tabacco crumbs fall gracefully into the trash. Now, when I find one, it's easy to break it and just proceed with life. :8|: Just whatever you do. Do it soon :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 7/17/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 29 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,154 Amount Saved: $188.5 Life Gained: Days: 2 Hrs: 14 Mins: 39 Seconds: 6

The best way to torture it is..... Are you ready???? Ignore it. Throw it away and forget you ever saw it. Give it no power over you. A cruel and slow death, no.. A short and painful one! Dip it water and destroy its power, once wet it can hurt no-one! Keep Strong, Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
