Dadofjs, An increase in flatulence can be attributed to the fact your body is better able to absorb nutrients and your gastro intestinal track has slowed since your quit. This means your food spends more time in your body and produces more gas. Some members find it helpful to cut down on carbonated drinks, gum and other gas producing foods. Exercise may also help.
