I think most of the experienced quitters will agree that what is important particularly in the early stages especially is to keep busy to keep your mind on other matters rather than Old Nick! Idle hands encourage smoking!!! Why dont we all agree to do a good turn at least once a week for someone less fortunate than ourselves. If we all give an hour or so we can make a difference to a lot of people. If we have more time we can do more anybody care to join me on this one? Great idea! I already am very busy with a lot of volunteer activities within my community and they are always in need of help. Check with church groups, school systems and public assistance agencies for where your help is most needed. Excellent idea Phil! Working with those less fortunate is an eye opener and I always go home thankful for what I do have in comparison---a natural anti-depressant!
