Hello Shaila,
well, everything in our lives is a game of the mind. Positive attitude makes always our lives better. But if you really think that it's not easy to deal with it and you need help you should ask an expert! It's good to ask help!! And when things are getting harder, asking for help makes us see things cleare and easier when all we could see was dark!!!
Try ! Don't just sit and wait because this can only bring you more negative attitude!!!
Way to go for your non smoke days!!
a big hug from kate from Greece

Shaila, depression comes pretty much part and parcel with quitting smoking. There are specific scientific reasons for it involving how your brain chemistry was affected by nicotine and the resulting lack of it when you quit. This will explain it in better detail.
We all have been through it at different times in our quits. It does pass, provided you do not smoke. All smoking will do is put you back to day 1, undoing your two weeks of fantastic success (yes, it is fantastic no matter how it feels right now).
You are doing great, Shaila. Keep up the good quit! :)

Shaila,
Your are doing well with your quit, so keep pushing through :) Perhaps make a list of items that you would like to accomplish as well as things that you would like to do. Work towards these items and do take time for you :)
It will fall into place and you will lose the negativity and gain the positivity you desire :)
Keep Strong,
Josie
