Shaila, feelings of hopelessness and/or not caring if you live or not should be talked about with a medical professional for you own safety. Shaila, Glad you're doing well! What I have noticed on this long (and getting easier by the day) journey is that I've had moments, even recently when I thought I had a 'craving' for a cig. When I analysed it, it was a craving, but not for a cig, but for something to eat or drink. I believe that smokers do not crave for the 'stuff of life' because they are preoccupied with their addiction. .. enjoy your Keats and the Theatre!! take care Mr Ed :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 2/13/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 192 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 5,776 Amount Saved: 1440 Life Gained: Days: 32 Hrs: 2 Mins: 30 Seconds: 10

Shaila - What a great idea - to post your thoughts and cravings on a daily basis! I think that it will help many to read it and relate to. You have 9 days! That is so great and I know that you are strong and can own this quit. Hey, a little passion cake never hurt anybody!
