STILL HANGING IN THERE!

HEY TO ALL MY NON SMOKING FRIENDS, HAVE SURVIVED 29 DAYS! THIS LAST WEEK HAS REALLY BEEN ROUGH FRO SOME REASON. LAST NIGHT I WENT TO BED AT 7:00. I NEVER GO TO BED BEFORE 11:00. I HAVE BEEN SOMEWHAT TIRED AND GROUCHY. I EVEN BLAMED MY HUSBAND FOR LETTING ME BUY MY NEW TRUCK, HAHA. I DID APOLOGIZE TO HIM AND TOLD HIM IT WAS JUST MY CRANKINESS FROM NOT SMOKING. HE HAS BEEN VERY PATIENT WITH ME. THE FIRST THREE WEEKS WERE EASY?? GO FIGURE! THE FOURTH IS RUNNING ME RAGGED. I WILL NOT GIVE IN TO THE NOCODEVIL! JUST WANTED TO SAY HI AND LET YOU KNOW IM STILL SMOKE FREE. ALL YOU NEWBIES, HANG IN THERE. IT WILL GET BETTER, AND IT IS WORTH THE EFFORT! I NO LONGER HAVE THE VOICE OF A MAN, MY SKIN IS SMOOTHER AND I HAVE ENERGY TO BREATH AND SING AGAIN. MY TEETH ARE CLEAN AND MY BREATH IS SO MUCH MORE REFRESHING. I AM NOT EMBARRESED FROM THE SMELL. THANKS ALL My Milage: My Quit Date: 8/2/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 27 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 553 Amount Saved: $62.1 Life Gained: Days: 3 Hrs: 4 Mins: 59 Seconds: 49

Pepper, Your doing great! you are almost at 30 days and this is cause for celebration :) Why not make it a night out for you and your hubby! You may even want to do something nice for just yourself! Keep Strong, Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
