I'd take a bubble bath if i knew how to set one up :) Plus there is stuff growing in the floor of my bathtub YUK! I wouldn't lay down in there if you paid me to do it. I *really* need to clean up my bathroom!!

I love to copok an the pleasure that I get from baking spreads through all of me. Literally. AND baking is pleasurable because it is physical and mental and the flavour and aroma is wonderful. I then have a special treat that I can eat, share with others or give away to neighbours or friends. Baking a great loaf of bread or a wonderful batch of cookies also passes the time. I particularly like rewarding myself with a break and going for a walk (someplace beautiful, a park, by the beach, in a garden). I also like to ride my bike and feel all excited about being able to go fast and feel the breeze going by me. Both of these treats are free and I get to feel really great about myself while I am doing either. I can do them anywhere in the world I am and they need cost nothing other than my time. I also like to putter in the garden and in the house. Not the busy get some huge project done, but making everything look really nice so I can sit and enjoy and give myself a break. Come on out there there are more things that reward us and probally lots of things that don't cost anything.
