Hey Hurst, cheer up... It could just be the lowered dosage of nicotine that you are putting into your system has given you a little bit of the blues... I got the blues quite early on in this quit and cried for 6 hours straight at one point in day 2, but that was cold turkey.. Go to bed with a good book and take it easy, hope you feel better soon.. Hi everybody. The day started out rather nicely...went down to the 7 mg, haven't really noticed any change (That's the truth, Marie---I swear!) But I have had a small (nagging) headache, nothing really bad, mind you, just a little-bitty dull ache. But I do feel a bit depressed, without cause. A little weepy and sad. :( Ho, Hummmmmmmmmmmmm............Don't really feel like posting and I am a bit tired......sorry to be a drag! Not sick, not craving, just tired! G' Night!
