I like it! I hope you don't mind if I Borrow your mantra: NOT TODAY!

Every day I quit for today. My todays have turned into weeks. Soon my weeks will turn into a month and I pray that the months will turn into years. Every time it is tough, I just promise myself that I will quit for today. I'm heading off to bed with another "today" accomplished. I use "Crave the Quit!" but my other one was something I stole from my mentor Ros who said on here once "Rejoice in your freedom rather than mourn for your slavery." I LOVE that one, but I can't claim it as my own. I like yours, "NOT TODAY!" That's great! Crave the Quit! Duckie, I say the same thing. "I don't smoke". I actually believe it. When I first came here I always added to the bottom of my posts, "Hangin in, Not Givin In". I am VERY determined to keep this quit. I have fierce dedication to anything I do. I'm still doing this quit thing - it's a lifestyle that I'm growing into day by day, and it's feeling quite good ! Oh and I always used to yell out in my car "We Dont'Smoke Anymore!" it just made me feel better as I used to puff away in the car. as in "will I smoke?" NOT TODAY! I have used this as a mantra in the past. When I just couldn't find anything that would distract me from the idea of smoking, I would say "NOT TODAY" over and over and try to move on. Do you guys have any mantras you use?
