Very good... it's amazing how many cigarettes we smoked, isn't it? When I first started this I was just amazed at that number... Look at mine now, holy moly ;-) My Milage: My Quit Date: 2/5/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 189 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 5,699 Amount Saved: $1323 Life Gained: Days: 18 Hrs: 12 Mins: 5 Seconds: 21

Cuddles It's better to be a non-smoker with an occasional desire for a cig than a smoker with a constant desire to quit...... :) Each day is perfect unto itself! (baby steps!) There were many a day Misty that I had to just look down at my feet and trudge along. I realized after my failed quit attempt that the only way to make the misery stop forever (albeit...eventually) was to not smoke again. Eventually, I got to look up and watch where I was going! :) ~lbugg~
