Hey Sticken - I cut down by accident before I quit. I had made plans, and they slipped to the weigh side as they often do, and then I started gtting busy and I didn't ahve time to smoke so heavy anymore, and you know what? I went through withdrawals. the last day I smoked I couldn't smoke enough to make it quit hurting, so i just quit. I had the patches, but after seeing that I went through withdrawals from just cutting down, I knew the patches were pointless and would only drag out my addiction, so I didn't use them. Phreak - that ladybugg has some awesom stats, huh? I sure will be ther someday right along with you. :) Thanks Marie, Jeani and Rob! We rock. Boy do you ever know me. LOL!! Here's the perfectionist attitude right here.. 'Other people have quit for 500 days, and I have quit for 1 day. I havn't quit for 500 days, and i'll never make it 500 days so i'll just never stop.' Welcome to my world. Baby steps!

Stickin... I'm not ever going to smoke again. I am a non-smoker, and there isn't anything that can ever change that as long as I live. I'm thinking about applying to be a counselor for EasyWay I'm scared to death to have that first one again actually - it's the nastiest, ickiest, most disgusting thing i've ever had in my mouth - and I ate squid once that still had the legs on it. It's worse than that. BG - yup. I'm pretty sure I did. I smoked a little over 2 packs a day on "good" days, and a little over 3 packs a day on bad days. I cut it down the middle for the sake of my meters and said 50 per day.
