My two favorite rewards I'm looking forward to is buying a new cd every week with the money I've saved. The second one is taking my wife out on my one month anniversary of quitting because she deserves it as much as me. :)
So far daily I'm rewarding myself with some relaxation, and also starting to help my wife around the apartment a little bit more. That is rewarding to both of us because it makes her happy and helps to keep me busy. Tonight, for day three, I'm listening to some killer tunes, cooking an awesome dinnner, and patting myself on the back.

My rewards are things that smell nice. Since the smelling is so much better I buy something for my house that smells fresh like the ocean and stuff like that. I do that every week....lol

My best reward is a golf game I fit one in at least twice a week. I'm also looking forward to my 4 month quit reward, a shopping spree to New-York city . I have quite a bit of money saved up. For everyday rewards I usually take long bubble baths surrounded by scented candles.

I'd say reward yourself frequently in the first few weeks. Doesn't have to be expensive stuff, just make sure you do it!
I now find that my rewards these days are not necessarily material things; sometimes it's enough to look at my Quit meter, or realise that I have gone half a day without the thought of smoking crossing my mind.
Or watching a smoker doing a Dragon impression, you know, having just exhaled, in a cloud of smoke. How ridiculous does that look? Did I really used to do that? In a previous 'life' perhaps...

ah, since I'm going back thru this process again, I got to thinking about rewards. I wanna hear how you guys reward yourself!
This is my reward for at least starting a new quit: Tomorrow, I'm going to get some Thai food from Tin Drum(woot!), put away the books for the afternoon, and take a nice nap outside if weather permits.
Share yours :)
