Serenity,
We do what we have to do in life. Depression has kicked in a lot for me during my quit. Keep taking one step at a time, remember to always look at the glass as half full and not half empty. It may be a smaller house, in a not so good area, but it is a home and it is what you make of it. You and your family will be there and you can fill it with love. That is what really counts. A job making less money is still a job. It sounds like you are close to your kids. That is awesome! So many broken families struggle today just to keep their sanity.
And then to top all that off you have 12 days of being smoke free! That is Awesome! It sounds like you are doing great to me. "woe is me" use to be all I did around here. I can honestly say, it gets so much better and you won't ever regret quitting. When the going gets tough, the tough get going. Sounds like you fit that category to me.
Keep taking one step at a time and really deep breaths. Better days are ahead. I promise. :)
