Bgaineshunter Hi, the first symptom of withdrawal in the non-smoking journey is mild depression, so you must reward yourself everyday to get that dopamine working again. Rewards can be small a bubble bath a special food you like, anything you really enjoy, quitting smoking is hard and it must be all about you right now. I cried so much, i remember I was gardening and crying with the dirt mixed with the tears all over my face, what a sight, things get better and you will cry less, don't worry. Do it one day at a time :)Marie
