I have had lots of things in my eyes, crying releases a lot of bad stuff - let it loose, you will feel better. Quitting puts us through so many emotional roller coasters. Strap yourself in and prepare for crazy times. It's perfectly okay to feel fabulous one day and like someone took your best friend the next. Things will ease down for you and be more "level". Your NEW self is trying to emerge, that's all. You will really like the new you when the journey is complete. 36 days is terrific. Hang in there! Like I said in another post, guys don't cry so..... When I got something in my eye right around 35 days and it watered a lot... a whole lot... I walked. I exercised. I ate. It happened to me at right about where you are in your quit. You're normal. IT GETS BETTER FAST - tough it out you'll be fine. Really you will. I promise. I'm living proof. Feel better.
