valic, Unfortunately we do not get over smoking over night. We smoked for many, many years and it takes a while for our bodies to adjust to all the chemicals that are now missing. Keep taking deep breaths and drink plenty of fluids. Smoking will not make anything better. You would just have to start all over again and you don't want to do that. Remember: Everyday is one day closer to never feeling this way again. You are doing great! Good for you Valic. That is how you do it. One step at a time. Post, read, distract yourself and whatever else it takes to make it through. Each craving you make you through makes you that much stronger for the next. Now you know how to do it. Keep going. You are doing awesome!
