Congrats on your new life. We all need help and this is the place to come. Whenever that little voice goes off I tell it to go away. I am stronger and it needs to go away. Then I remind myself of why I am quitting. Most people will say for health reason, that is a given. You know I just want to be free to do whatever and not be concerned with when I can have the next smoke. Also, I want to smell good. Smokers stink and they stink bad. I have had it both ways and I will take smelling good anytime. Also I want to sleep at night. I use to get up a couple times during the night and go outside to have a quick puff or two. Now I wake up and know I don't need to get up and roll back over and go to sleep after quick thank you to my maker. So hang in there.
