Thank you so much!! "work of the addiction" what is that or where would i read about it. When you refer to left side, do you mean glove box? Will i be in withdrawel if i am taking the lozenger? I sometimes get these feeling of tingling in my arms/fingers,kinda creepy. I think i am also getting kinda edgy, ya know getting mad at nothing, feel kind og hyper or something. LOL My poor teenager....her turn now :) I have been on vacation,I go back to work tomorrow that will be a real test! Thanks Correen

I have smoked for 35 years, the last 10 or so its been 2+pks a day. I mean i am addicted!! Like many say i enjoyed it. Yes i know all the bad nasty things but it just didnt matter. I just could never see me without a cig in my hand. I am still very concerned as this was not a plan. I just started taking a lozenger that someone gave me and it seem to work. Just been a couple days but i am still in shock that i have done this! My last cig was saturday morning 7/8. I have alot of questions about these lozengers but i guess i should put that somewhere else? Thanks so much for your time and help Correen

Well, I used lozenges one time too! If you haven't smoked at all then yes, you are quit. I do know about the lozenges. You are supposed to do a certain number a day, and then cut down on the schedule on the box. There are also two different strenths of them. I am so happy for you that it hasn't been hard for you. I want you to be prepared though for the work of the addiction to hit you just in case, so do the work to the left of your screen and stick close. CONGRADUATIONS on your new life! Hi Coreen, Yes, the tools they are talking about are located in the left side of your screen, in the glove compartment. There's also a printable workbook version of the program, also located in the quit program tools. Start working through the program, it will help you learn about smoking cessation and help you develop a plan that will aid you in dealing with cravings. Have you consulted with your doctor about taking the lozenges? Danielle ________________________________ The SSC Support Team
