Seek out posts by Breaking Free. She and her hubby are quitting together, too, and they seem to be doing a really good job of it.
Don't hesitate to ask for help if you need it, BonBon. That goes for hubby too, although most hubbies don't think they need it, lol. It's a proven fact that quitters with a support group are more successful than those without, by a large margin. The folks around here are evidence of that truth.
