Hi JaynDee,
Wow Day 4!!! Congratulations :)
I remember when I was going through hell week, there's a GOOD reason why they call it that- You are definitely not feeling as you were when you were smoking. You are NOT going nuts. And before you make ANY assumptions about what might or might not be wrong with you, ask your doctor about it. Chances are what you are experiencing is all part of the detox. So wait it out a bit, and if it continues then you will want to call.
You are changing but it will be a change in the fact that the nicotine along with all the chemicals are leaving your body and your system. You are detoxing, so you are going to experience some rough spots on this. You will get through it though, one moment at a time. And the REAL YOU will emerge, bright and beautiful out from all the smoke :)
I want to make sure you know that your hubby's quitting has nothing to do with your quit. YOU OWN YOUR QUIT SO PROTECT IT WITH EVERYTHING YOU'VE GOT. Don't worry about who else is or is not quitting in your house, or in your life. Look to us for support and anyone else in your life who is extremely supportive in your decision to quit.
I'm looking forwad to hearing how you are doing.
Many Blessings,
Eve :)
