This is a normal process so sleep when you can and if you cant, find a quiet place to relax and meditate =)
Before you know it, you will be getting enough sleep and jump right out of the bed!! This is an awesome feeling!!
From what I understand, the carbon monoxide that the brain has been floating in, is replaced by pure O2 and your brain is getting used to it =)
When you get that edgy feeling, run away from the situation. Go to another room, toss your hands up and tell the person that it isnt the right time to discuss the situation, then as you leave the room, tell yourself this: I am a quitter. I do not smoke. I do not want it and I refuse to partake in this.
I have found myself saying those words above for this quit. Even when I kids were arguing, I left the room w/ hands / arms in the air, telling them to settle it themselves. I left the situation and ran for cover!! Ok, I ran for some more cheese!! HA!
