Denzil, Glad to see your continuing to persevere, please let us know if we can be of assistance. Do you have a reward system in place? Many have found this helpful, especially in the first few weeks of their quit. Danielle _________________________ The SSC Support Team

Jacko, I'll be going on holiday soon and (I think) the hotel will have access to the Internet. I wouldn't normally be concerned, but if you're anything like me, you will want to connect to this site at least every few days have a good holiday! Mr Ed :)

Hi Jacko, You're doing fine and this site is barely worthy of your presence! (Just trying to persuade you to forget the 3 month's ban at Rosie's Bar) all the best mate! I am on Zoloft and Wellbutrin ..... I wish I saw strobe lights !! LOL !!! oh and .... YOU GO JACKO! I quit smoking on July 6, 2006 at 6:00pm. It has been 6 days, 20 hours, 5 minutes, and 3 seconds since I quit. Had I not quit smoking, I would have: * Smoked 137 cigarettes (That's like smoking a 46 foot long cigarette) * Spent $29.26 on cigarettes * Inhaled 1.37 grams of tar * Inhaled 109 mg of nicotine (That's like doing 2,051 hits of nicotine) * Inhaled 1.50 grams of carbon monoxide * Taken an additional 20 hours, 13 minutes, and 56 seconds off my life

Hi all glad to be back on track day 4 of no smoking hell week is half over. Bought a pack last night and ended up throwing it out euuuuch what a raunchy taste and feeling. The addiction is sly and powerful it sneeks up on me and silently talks be into believing its OK to have Just one. But I've learned from the last 2 quits that the hardest part is the first week after that you start feeling proud and your nerves and yopur head get straightened out and you start to feel good about yourself again. Thanks to God and all of you for your support in the past, and now as we start on thios journey once again. :8|: My Milage: My Quit Date: 7/11/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 3 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 72 Amount Saved: $29.25 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 15 Mins: 3 Seconds: 12
