Hi Dutch!
Well I just sat down with a nice mocha fudge soy cream cone as a midnight snack reward (almost rarely to never happens!) and I saw your great post here! You sound just terrific and i am so happy to hear your quit is so strong!
87 days, just a week ahead of me, I quit 4/8. You are an April quitter, and that means you are part of our April C.A.R.E. group (Crazy April Reformed Exhalers), if you want to be! Don't know that there are too many of us left though, I've only seen a few of us still around, unless of course everyone has just gotten very busy with their lives. That really does happen, and I am guilty of it too!
I am feeling great these days too and yes I am the same way when it comes to craves, hardly any at all and if I have one I go do something and it passes. Every now and then I will have a thought about 'oh now it's time to have a cig' and then I remember OH YEAH I DONT SMOKE ANYMORE! It's like that 'old programming' still lingering around my brain (probably hanging out with caffeine and chocolate too, trying to get them thinking about doing 'nics' dirty work for him somehow LOL. Not gonna happen ;)
So I thought I would just pop in and say HI, so glad you are here and doing so well.
Stay strong girl!
Many Blessings!
Eve :)
