A New Day

Danielle, thanks for asking about my coping plan. I have a situation comming up today that I will have to be on gaurd. I have to take a friend to the hospital for surgery. She is a smoker, but when she puts her cigs out she leave a lot to be smoked. An easy way to have just a puff. So what I am doing is printing out Darkmyer's post and taking my book with me to read and asking my maker to protect my quit for today. The only way I can loose my quit is if I take it away myself.
