Thanks for the replies. I do not make light of this stop. I have tried so many time before, that I sorta know what is going to happen down the road if I am not pepared this time. This is the first time I have tried cold turkey. Ususally the the thought would scare me to death, but nothing seem to work in the past so I thought what do I have to lose? The first couple days were okay, not easy, but okay. In the past it was days 8,9 & 10 around day 27 & 28 that would do me in. So I am trying one day at a time and perparing for the monster. Simple, sometimes and somtimes not. I am only human and trying my best to stay smoke free today. How can I lose with winners like you wonderful people. Thanks.
