My evenings have been dominated by cigarettes for so long that I can't even remember when it started. Social activities sometimes became an inconvenience. When I went to work this morning, I had so many things to choose: would I go to the gym?, would i go to aquafit?, would i go for a tan? (i know it's bad for you but that 10 mins of light feels sooo good every once in awhile)...well...I couldn't decide so I had to pack my bathing suit, track suit, gym clothes, tanning lotion, and running shoes! Settled on aquafit and a tan...isn't it nice to be good to ourselves! PinkTex way to go, the gym is such a stress relief from life in general isn't it? I can do the whole routine and I'm never out of breath even after 30 minutes of Cardio. Well I did it, when I woke up this morning...I decided that I was going to have no more of the sadness, and the depression. After I took my little boy to school, I went to the store and bought myself a new pair of headphones (for working out with). Then I went straight to the gym (this is one of the places that I have avoided for last 17 days.) At the first of my last quit I continued to work out and during day 3 I had my first panic attack shortly after I left the gym. So in my mind I have assoicated working out & quitting smoking, with panic attacks. So needless to say the thought of going to the gym this time scared me. So I decided today was the day that I was going to take it head on. Anyway, I went, I survived. I just feel really good today, and just wanted everyone to know.
