Your story is inspirational too. I was really feeling stressed this morning due to a major craving. Nothing particularly stressful...same commute, no work problems, but I'm in a a real mean mood. Now the craving is subsiding, and hearing what you went through and still held on I feel better myself.....Thanks. Hi Ron!! TY so very much!! There is a trigger thread somewhere and I remember posting in it. I review my trigger stickies and steer clear of them or at least try to. I kinda had an inkling of what was going to take place so I was sorta prepared for it. Once the "OMG!! What do I do now??" shock mode wore off, I pulled myself together and my OCD went into over drive until it was solved. Before I knew it, at 7pm, we drove the vehicle off the lot. I do not know what I did to overcome that trigger but whatever I did, it worked. I am confident to know I can truely live w/o them. There will be more hurdles to jump, but at least I now know I can work w/ it instead of against it =) My Milage: My Quit Date: 9/21/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 21 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 215 Amount Saved: $42 Life Gained: Days: 1 Hrs: 21 Mins: 27 Seconds: 26

PS. This is the perfect inspraitional msg for me today. This msg was on today's webby when we log in =) You can have anything you want if you want it desperately enough. You must want it with an inner exuberance that erupts through the skin and joins the energy that created the world. - Sheila Graham My Milage: My Quit Date: 9/21/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 21 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 213 Amount Saved: $42 Life Gained: Days: 1 Hrs: 20 Mins: 58 Seconds: 35
