Dear Friends, Just a quick post to say HI!. Today is Day 9. I feel good. This morning was the first day I did not think about having a smoke with the coffee and paper. It came later.But at least the habit points might beginning to change.It takes TIME. But if we are patient the reward will come. I start counting in double digits tomorrow.
