thanks bf, I have been off of NRT for about 3-4 weeks now. I don't remember exactly when i quit the lozenges. I am going to a pilates class in a minute. I'll be back after that. Hopefully I will feel better. Thanks again. Cigarettes Not Smoked

Gosh, I have been thinking about a cig ever since I got off work an hour ago. I started visualizing myself finding a nice long butt that my roommate left outside on the patio. So, I'm here telling you all. I have gone through that cycle so many times that I think somewhere in my mind lies the thought 'you've smoked a few before in your other quits and always went back to quitting". Maybe so, but, eventually, (probably within 2 months), i was back to smoking full time again. I just want this feeling of "needing" to be flipping over! What the heck? 70 + days and I still yearn for nicotine? It seems like it will never go away sometimes. I was having fewer craves in stressful situations than I am having today. What gives??? unbelieveable! My stolen camera has surfaced at a pawn shop near my house!! i have not ever gotten something back that was stolen from me. good karma. I do not know the name of the owner of the pawm ticket. maybe he bought my camera from someone else. i will be interested in finding out who actually stole it. Thanks for all your positve vibes. I am getting it back??? amazing! Hello all, I am so glad that the bad craving is over. I went out tonight with a few friends, after work. It was pleasant, fun, and social; and SMOKE FREE! My roomie was in the minority. He smoked and no one else did. And what a fun group. They had fun, but knew when to call it because of responsibilities; all three had to work tomorrow. I am learning that as a non smoker, i do not have to go to the extremes. I usually closed the place down. Addicts are extremeists???? I DIDN'T SMOKE. FROM, AN ADDICT EXTEMEIST WHO IS TAKING BACK CONTROL. Thanks everyone for helping me learn this valuable principle. ex, Many members will tell you this is normal, and yes it will pass :) Bring out your coping mechanisms if needed and stay away from any potential triggers. Take some you time and pamper yourself! You are at 70 days and you should be proud! Please let us know how you are doing :) Keep Strong, Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
