Wow 84 days, thats awesome ex-slave. Im so glad you had a wonderful time, you are setting new smoking memories so next time you go to the beach you will remember this time and it will be so much more easier, same with the neighbourhood bar thing. You are doing fantastic. I hope you had a wonderful dinner and sleep well. PrincessC :) x

Hi ex!, Post-vacation depression? Tell me about it! I hope you got through this and if you did, this will make you stronger for the future! I hate flying and went through the stress of coming home during the recent terrorist threat, but did not even crave. You will build on this and become stronger still!! thanks everyone, For some reason, I am having the nagging for nicotine today. Oh well, I'll just have to ignore it. A little post vacation depression also. Am going to have a good dinner and go to bed. I have been gone for 8 days with my kids and my ex,who smokes marlboro reds, visiting grandparents in Northern Illinois. I am sooooooo proud to say that i did not have ONE PUFF! We went to Lake Michigan, (laying on the beach was usually a big trigger), we went to little neighborhood bars, (usually a huge trigger), we cooked out at g & g's and sat under the gigantic weeping willow tree relaxing. I DID NOT SMOKE! I still do not feel totally normal without smoking. I have little nagging twinges here and there. But, by golly, it is getting better!
