Hi Cuddles. Nice to see you again.
Family crises are hard enough to deal with without having them happen while we are quitting smoking. How inconvenient of them! I so remember having to deal with my alzheimers Mom placement at the same time I was quitting. UGH!
I am sending you thoughts of support and healing and strength. You are doing exactly what you should be doing - coming here and letting folks know what is going on, while at the same time, refusing to give in to smoking. You are way too smart to think that smoking will help. Infact, it would only create another psychological burden to carry.
So...keep your chin up...high with pride, your heart open to support and love, and your mind sharp as you deal with the realities of this crisis. Best wishes. Love, Carole
