Well all, I'm going tomorrow for a massage. It will be my one month reward a few days early. My neck and shoulders are soooo sore and achey. I think that it is totally stress related. I can't wait to lay down on that massage table! DIE NICO DIE!!! I am doing some rehab to my home..stripping wallpaper. You have to let the stripper sit for 15 minutes. Man, am I getting the thoughts of a cig when I am on a little work break. So, I am posting here. It sucks feeling this way over cigarettes. Next break, I will go for a short swim. My 30 + years of smoking is so ingrained in my brain. Sometimes it is almost like a physical ache on my insides. What an addiction. I'm just venting. I will make it through w/o smoking, but I feel like #$%&^ My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/25/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 25 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 695 Amount Saved: $93.75 Life Gained: Days: 3 Hrs: 8 Mins: 50 Seconds: 24

Ex-slave, try light exercises while you're waiting. Jumping jacks, or stretches, something like that. It will provide a distraction to make the 15 minutes go faster.
