lashes - Take some really deep breathes... Here we go: in....... out...... again in...... out..... Stop what you are doing and just close your eyes gently and push away all thoughts. Now, with a clear mind, concentrate on nothing but your breath... feel your body move with each breath. Keep going. Keep going. -calm down, lashes - you are going through hell week. Take it one moment at a time, go for a walk when you can -to move the energy through and to calm you down. Breathe... breathe... You are doing fine. Hold on tight. Ok day 2, I am pissy!! I am trying to figure out how a I am going to handle these weak moments. Its summer and I have a teen here-which I am having a hard time training to get things done-ya teen, this age is frustrating for all of us. The buuuutttt you didn't tell me to do that...simple things ya know, god love her I am just like ARGGG! Our working hours are stinky but we cant both work same hours and be here for her too. Trying to make the best of it but at times like this.. I just wanna have a cig and relax and forget!! Good thing there are none here. I am showered so I got the patch on now too... I am just pissed right now and I know I need to stay off the phone or someone is gonna get an earful! Crap crap crap!!!!!

I hope no one asks me when they year is up! I know I got a bad week ahead. I also am giving up coffee after 2pm, and I drank that all day !! Never didn't have one in my hand from am till bed :( This doesn't seem to be bothering me, I know am drinking water instead. Coffee and cigs were my drug of choice- how crafty of me to choose legal things huh! Thanks everyone! You are all awesome, I feel better reading all my replys! I hope you all do not get sick of my complaining butt! NOW CAN SOMEONE TELL MY BOSS TO GO AWAY!!!!!!!! oh yes... as for the meter, that "show my meter every time" thing doesn't work! You have to still click "show my meter" every single time you post. After a while though, you start to do it without even realizing it. It becomes a habit in itself. Crave the Quit! lashes, First of all, the "replies" is actually number of posts... it includes yours, so if there's "1 reply" that means that there's only 1 message. Next, I think it's great that you're holding on through all of this! Stay strong! What to do during the weak moments... come here and vent, chew a piece of gum, suck on hard candy, go for a walk, etc... it WILL pass! I promise! Congrautlations on making it through your first day! Crave the Quit! Cassie, You are in the right frame of mind so don't smoke! If you do the same problems will still be there and you will have wrecked your quit for nothing! Take some you time and organize yourself and your days. This will help keep you occupied and distract you from those bad days :) Keep Strong, Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.

Lashes, Talk a long brisk walk and focus that energy elsewhere. Get out of everyone's way and take some time. This anger is normal and it will pass. You can do relaxation techniques before bed to ease you into sleep. You also need to count to 10 before responding or taking action. You can do this and know we are behind you all the way.
