Kate, Don`t worry about the weekend. I have planed a lot of sleeping and a lot of Play Station games. My husband and my daughter will be at the country house so I can relax without doing a thing Tsikos My Milage: My Quit Date: 9/25/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 4 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 126 Amount Saved: 22.4 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 9 Mins: 52 Seconds: 52

woooohoooooo!!! way to go tsikos!! that's an attitude!! the kitchen was your Hell not your kingdom!! go in there only for lunch or dinner!! spend your free time in the sitting room, with your family..outside... if this is the place that makes you think of cigs, avoid being there! you're still vulnerable!!!! that's a great thing you're doing. And now that it's Friday...find soon things to keep you busy during the weekend!! weekends are tough!!! kate My Milage: My Quit Date: 8/23/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 37 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 372 Amount Saved: 111 Life Gained: Days: 2 Hrs: 15 Mins: 33 Seconds: 51

tsikos ... good going. Keep it up. It gets easier each day. Good for you trying to get all that nicotine out of your system. It really helps with the quit imo. I started on the patch as well. I pulled it off as I didn't want to go through withdraws each step down. Easier to get it over and done with. Tsikos, Plan another activity, hobby or chore during those times to keep you occupied and distracted. Take a day to yourself and relax, ease into your sleep and start the day fresh. You are almost through "hell week" and this is commendable! Post often and let us help :) Keep Strong, Josie ______________________ The SSC Support Team.
