Sully yesterday i would have done anything to smoke.
Today I cant believe i was thinking like that, and think how lucky am I that I did not succombe and smoke yesterday.
I didnt do anything. I certainly didnt smoke. I didnt make any changes at all, yet today is a better day. Today I dont want to smoke as much as i did yesterday, why I dont know.
We will get days when we are craving the cigarette, if all else fails get an early night go to bed, and when you get up in the morning you could feel like a new person.
Day 17 might be easy, day 20 might be tough.... but it is there to trick you, to make you belive that it will never get better so you may as well smoke... thats rubbish stick with the smoke free, and although I cannot be air tight guaranteed... I am sure that tomorrow will be a new day, and wont be as tough as today (as long as you dont smoke)
