Jeanigirl Yell at the junkie. Tell the junkie to go away. Take some really deep breaths. You are doing fine. I know you feel you will lose your mind but I promise you won't. The mind only leaves temporarily and then returns shortly. Hang in there because it is soooooo very very worth it. You are going to love being a non-smoker. Jeanigirl, The things they told you are going to be helpful. Also keep in mind that what you're going through right now is a sign that your brain is getting rid of the carbon monoxide, your nicotine receptors are changing, etc. Every withdrawal symptom sucks, but it's also a sign of healing. Time is the only thing that makes it get better. Relax. It will pass. ~Ann My Milage: My Quit Date: 6/3/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 376 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 11,294 Amount Saved: $1880 Life Gained: Days: 26 Hrs: 19 Mins: 10 Seconds: 58
