Explaining Myself...?

Hi CrimsonRoses. Welcome. Here's a suggestion for you. Rather than try to explain yourself, why not click on the pages at the left under the About Panic section, and print our those you think might explain your condition to your teachers?

Hello everyone, I was finally properly diagnosed a week and a half ago with panic disorder, OCD, and slight agoraphobia. I am a grade 11 student, and attend specail classes at our local public highschool. It is becoming apparent that the teachers notice something is different with me and want to know what is up, so that they can help me, but I don't know how to explain to them. Do you have any hints/tips on how I can do this? I don't want them to single me out or treat me weirdly, but I think they deserve to know since I will have the same teachers all next year as well... Help! ~Roses
